Bake Table (Home meets)

• 2-3 volunteers per half of Meet)

Timers (all Meets)

• 6 timers for away meets (8 at Hampton, 4 at Eagles Nest) 3 first half/ 3 second half
• 8 Timers for home Meets (3 lane timers, 1 Back up) 4 first half/ 4 second half

Runners (Home meets Only)

• 4 runner total - 2 first half/ 2 second half
• Record the time from each lane, get placement from the starting official, deliver to the score table.

Clerk of Course

• 4 Clerk of Course (2 first half/ 2 second half)
• Responsible for making sure swimmers are lined up in the right Event, Heat, and Lane.

Score Table

• Score keeper (1 per half- 2 total)
• Computer- enter time into the computer (1 per half- 2 Total)

Ribbon Writer

• 3-4 writers at home meet per half
• 2 writer per half at away meets
• Write ribbons for places 1-3 and heat winners. (home meets)
• Write participation ribbons for all woodcroft swimmers that didn't place or get a Heat winner. (All Meets)
