Our 2026 Championship Meet is almost here! The meet will be held on Saturday, July 18 at:

The RSVP is now open in SwimTopia!

Unlike our regular dual meets, swimmers get to choose the two individual strokes they would like to swim. When you RSVP, please select the two strokes your swimmer wishes to compete in.

Eligibility Requirements

• Swimmers must have competed in at least one meet during the season.
• Swimmers may only enter events for strokes they have already swum at least once this season.

📅 Championship Information Meeting

We will hold a brief information meeting on Thursday, July 16 at 6:30 PM at Woodcroft. We highly encourage families—especially those attending Championships for the first time—to join us. We'll discuss:

• What to pack
• How the day works
• Where swimmers report
• Timing and logistics
• What to expect throughout the meet

⏰ Meet Timeline

Session 1 (Ages 11–18)

• 7:00–7:50 AM – Warm-ups
• 8:00 AM – Meet begins
• 10:30 AM – Relays (All Ages in the relays) 

Session 2 (Ages 10 & Under)

• 11:00 AM – Warm-ups
• 11:45 AM – Meet begins

Important Information

The Championship Meet is run much like a year-round USA Swimming meet. Swimmers will remain on the pool deck with their coaches, while parents watch from the spectator stands. For safety and meet operations, parents are not permitted on the pool deck during the meet.

Don't worry—we'll cover everything you need to know during Thursday's information meeting and will send additional details before meet day.

The Championship Meet is one of the highlights of the season and a wonderful opportunity to celebrate all of the hard work our swimmers have put in this summer. We hope to see a fantastic turnout as we wrap up another great Woodcroft Waves season!
